From a passport photograph you are proud of to a beautifully lit family group, Monastery Studios are delighted to create an image you will treasure.

Perhaps your wedding photos were spoilt by bad weather or you would like to mark a special birthday or anniversary. With a full range of studio lighting and backdrops we can create a simple but flattering photograph or create a special look from light and fresh to sultry shadows. Outdoor locations are also possible, and Monastery Studios is set in beautiful countryside, particularly suitable for equestrian and sporting pictures.

As the main studio is upstairs, please let us know if any of your party will require disabled access so we can set up appropriate lighting in our alternate studio space.

Monastery Studios can offer fade resistant prints in sizes up to 1110mm wide from a roll on a variety of materials including gloss, matt and watercolour papers and canvas. We are pleased to arrange framing if required, and can supply multiple CDs of your images if you wish. Monastery will maintain an archive of your pictures for five years in case of loss or damage.

Portrait sittings are available on most week days and for limited weekend and evening sessions. Please contact us to check for a range of available dates. You will want to be relaxed when you sit for your portrait so ensure you are able to be at the Studio 15 minutes before your sitting. A changing area with makeup mirror, hair dryer and a power point is available.
