Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit/debit card payments through Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and Paypal will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We will ship any stock item within 5 working days. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, it is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Monastery Studios does not hold customers payment (credit/debit card) information.

Shipping And Handling
Items will be shipped by Royal Mail special delivery or recorded delivery. A signature must be obtained to receive the goods. In the event of large orders, or at our discretion, an alternative courier service may be used.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with different levels of guarantee. Please contact us immediately if you require further information or you want to report a fault.

Pricing
The price for any items ordered by the customer will be the price shown on the order confirmation section of the website at the time the order is placed.

Printing and use of Images
The buyer confirms that they either own the copyright to the image uploaded or are licensed by the copyright holder to use the image for reproduction o f the items ordered.
You shall indemnify us against all damages, costs and other liabilities arising from any claim that the use of Your image by Us infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party and/or is offensive, obscene, defamatory, libelous, has caused injury or and invasion of privacy or any other violation of third-party rights.

We make every effort to provide prints with a true representation of the colours and textures viewed on screen. However, due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee an exact match to what is displayed on your monitor. If precise colour match is essential, please send us a colour sample and we will let you know if we can match to it.

Right for You to cancel Your order
You cannot change or cancel Your order because the items are custom made to Your requirements and will not be re-saleable once Your order has been accepted by Us and entered into Our manufacturing process at the time of payment.

Cancellation By Us
Monastery studios reserve the right to cancel Your order if:
1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods You have ordered
2. The fabric you have selected has been discontinued
If We do cancel Your order We will notify You by e-mail and will credit to Your account any sum deducted by Paypal from Your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of Your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Stock Shortages
If the Goods or the fabric required for Your order are unavailable We will notify and suggest a suitable replacement and give You an estimated time of delivery.

Product Descriptions and Measurements
The product information and photographs contained within the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and We cannot warrant that they are accurate.
As the items which are ordered are manufactured according to the measurements provided in the order it is very important that the measurements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of the Goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect.

Whilst every attempt will be made by Monastery Studios to ensure that the items sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or given, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle the customer reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

Defective Goods
Monastery Studios endeavors to ensure that all products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
If in the unlikely event that the items are defective on delivery or a fault arises within 12 months of Your purchase, We will either repair or replace Your Goods free of charge with a product of similar quality and specification - providing the Goods have not been modified, stored or displayed in an unsuitable environment , misused or been the subject of negligence. This does not affect Your statutory rights. You will need to have contacted Us via email/telephone or in writing, giving Us full details of the fault. We will advise you whether the goods should be returned to Us if it appears that the goods are defective. We will advise on how to pack Your goods ready for collection to return them to us.

If the Goods are not defective, or are returned to Monastery Studios after the period of 12 months from delivery of the Goods, or they have been modified, misused or the subject of negligence, the sender will be responsible for the payment of charges on a time and materials basis in respect of any repairs and collection and return of the Goods which We agree to carry out at Your request.

Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Monastery Studios excludes its liability to the customer) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
